The hotel was lovely and small, we had a wonderful time and would love to come back. It was fairly clean, everyone was attentive. the location was lovely and stunning, close to the Auberge Champenoise, the associated restaurant, and the family-owned caves, in a lovely area.

Extremely pleasant and well-equipped room plus coffee and a kettle. Location close to restaurant, the Auberge Champenoise and the family-owned caves. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Champagne Julien Chopin;)))

Free parking. Quiet location close to Epernay. Helpful reception staff.
Woken in night to strong smell of burning coming from outside, had to close window and open bedroom door to sleep. Felt we had over stayed our welcome in the lounge at 10.15pm as shutters were pulled down and lights turned off.

The triple room with separate bathroom was prepared upon our arrival, and we appreciated the peaceful setting near the Vosges mountain range.

Marvellous location, lovely area, just next door to the family-owned caves. Kind, welcoming people working here. Breakfast with lovely warm croissant...

The staff were cheerful and very welcoming, reflecting a family culture. The food was average. The hotel is slightly out of town but the journey there was pleasant and suited us as it was on our way to our next destination.

The staff was very very helpful. the place was reasonably priced. - the hotel's location was quiet with easy access to the Vosges mountain area, vineyards, Epernay, and the restaurant. - the food in the gourmet restaurant was good.

Loved that everything was there, the bar, the restaurant and even the kids playground, which is nice touch. Not your normal playground, it was your mechanical pony type thing that would normally cost you money to ride. So the kids went nuts riding those things seeing it was free. Staff spoke good english but I like that the waitress at dinner spoke to me slowly in french so I was able to learn a few words and enjoy the French experience. Location was great, no shortage of wineries. Room was great, kids enjoyed the bunk bed and bath.
The room had everything but a safe, so had to carry passports with us everywhere

It was convenient for us and we have stayed at this hotel in the past although it had changed over the years. The staff were helpful and spoke English which was helpful.
There were a large coachload of Dutch tourists on the night we stayed at the hotel and they took over the breakfast room which then ran our of most food on offer. The staff were almost overrun trying to cope with all the tourists. We did not have anough to eat at breakfast as we had a deadline to meet and could not wait around for the staff to refill.

Peaceful stay, as always. Newly remodelled and reasonably clean venue. Quiet and perfect location. Only 5 minutes walking to downtown.

We liked that they catered rooms for disabled travellers.
Not enough staff to cater for the number of people in the restaurant on the night and, no where near enough for the morning, coach parties need to be given breakfast separately in the restaurant instead of breakfast area, not enough tables to cater for other paying guests
